Our system enables evaluation of conductivity variations caused by copper foil surface roughness, up to 170 GHz. Both standalone copper foil and foil bonded to resin substrates can be measured.

Since conductivity is heavily influenced by surface roughness and exhibits different frequency characteristics, it is essential to evaluate across multiple frequency points—including the frequencies at which the material will actually be used.
